It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest L. Brown formerly of Hawthorne, Florida, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Warren Brown and Claudia Mae Townsend Brown; his son Tim; and his siblings, Warren, James, Donnie Brown and Betty Brown Seaward.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy D. Adams; and his children, Linda Gustashaw (David), Lee (Renee), Greg, Scott (Selina), Mark (Brenda), David (Leslie), Marcie Brown Bailey, Kathy Phillips (Jimmy) and Jim Adams (Faye).
Due to COVID concerns, services for Ernest will remain private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County, Estelle's House in Ernest's name.
