He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Harrell and Belle Raker Harrell; his grandson Reid Fliehr; and his brother Joseph "Joe" C. Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandi" Dee Rudd Harrell; and his children, Elizabeth Ann Fliehr, Robert Conrad Harrell, Jr., Terry Lynn Harrell, Jeannie Rutten, Ronald Clifton Harrell, Kathleen Allred and Richard Christopher Harrell. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Chapel Hill Baptist Church or Big Bend Hospice.
