He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnson (Sandy); his daughters, Abbie Johnson Hall (TJ Hall) and Josie Nicole Montford (Matthew Smith); his parent Elizabeth "Betty" Johnson; his grandson Jackson Wyatt Montford; his former wife Darlene Rockwood; his friend Cleve "Hawkeye" Givens (Dennis Hall); and his parent Larene Hall.
