He is survived by: his wife Jean Lowe Collinsworth; his daughter Donna Jean Collinsworth; his grandsons, Brooks Anthony Brandewie (Katie) and Brett Andrew Brandewie (Laura); his great grandchildren, Bobby Cash, Keeton and Monroe Katherine Brandewie; and his sister Ann Drexel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
