He was predeceased by: his sisters, Tommie Lee Nolin and Maisie Lewelling; and his son-in-law Michael Lee Oatts. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Cotton Oatts of Birmingham, AL and Mary Carol Cotton of Montgomeryville, PA; his grandchildren, Kathleen Amanda Oatts of Tuscaloosa, AL and Matthew Michael Oatts (Sarah) of Richmond, VA; and his great grandchild Maggie Louise Oatts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces.
