Smith; his aunts and uncles, Lucille Wesley, Audrey Woods (Tommy), Dorothy Oliver, Bonnie Terry, Ruby May (Joseph), Louise Douglas, Julie Smith (Norman), Emily Smith, Gracieta Smith, Connie Harris (Townsend), Paul Anderson (Gloria), Cecil Anderson and Reginald Smith; and his cousins, Bobby J. Smith and Lisa Alexander.
He is survived by: his wife Joya Smith of Middletown, Ohio; his children, Zachary Smith, Carl W. Smith III, Brianna Smith, Leilani Smith and London Cooper; his mother Marvis M. Jones; his sisters, Tawana Houston (Jessie) and Jahara Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Melinda Day and Christopher Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
