She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester McCullough and Mabel McCullough (Southerland); her husband Lee Shafer; her son Roland Shafer; and her siblings, Iris Hart and Charles McCullough.
She is survived by: her daughter Zina Beth Johns; her siblings, Lucille Vickery (Edwin) of Starke and Lynn McCullough (Myrtice) of Starke; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Johns, Lydia Shafer, Roland Shafer, Jr., Shauna Shafer, Johnnie Lopez and Merikee Lopez.
