He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah I. King and Dorothy M. King (Usner); and his daughter Sherri Heffner. He is survived by: his siblings, Marian Gerhart (Melvin Gerhart Jr.) and Donald King (Susan King). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
