He is survived by: his wife Penny Padgett (Gatlin) of Hampton; his children, Dean Padgett of Hog Valley, Regina Bean of Idaho and Jason Padgett of Hampton; and his sisters, Catherine Sapp of Starke and Annette Norman of Starke.
