He is survived by: his former spouse Rosette Mayer Weiss; his wife Rose Weinberg of Toronto, Canada.; his sons, Robert Weiss of Rexford, NY and Jeffrey Weiss (Cathy) of Niskayuna, NY.; and his grandchildren, Dr. Brian Weiss of Lake George, Dayva Weiss of Manhattan and Jonah Weiss of Niskayuna.
