She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kahn and Ella Kahn; her husband Leonard Androphy; her son Jay Levy; and her brother Mischa Kahn.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Levy (Cai) and Marc Levy (Dana); her daughter-in-law Mindy Levy; her brother Mike Kahn (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Adam Levy (Keely Tongate), Jennifer Block (David), Jonathan Levy, Taylor Levy, Lauran Butler (Mitch), Jamey Levy and Chelsea Levy. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
