He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Robar and Christine Robar (Larsen); his brothers, Lawrence, George, Charles, Merle and Sheldon; his siblings-in-law, Norma Robar and Lloyd "Snookie" Wagner; and his nephew Gary Robar.
He is survived by: his stepmother Esther Robar (Veinot); his husband Jay; his siblings, David Robar (Nancy) of Inglewood, NS, Sandy Conrad of Wileville, NS and Heather Wagner-Brine (Colin Brine) of Bridgewater, NS.; his sister-in-law Lorraine Robar of Wasaga Beach; and his pet Ming Toy. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
