She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cicero and Nina Mae Gaffney Newman; her former husband Pat Powell; and her husband George Ogburn. She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Powell, Richard G. Powell, Debra D. Powell and Vicky E. Reiners; and her sisters, Dorothy Douberly and Betty Lacina. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
