She is survived by: her sons, Joseph "Chris" Smith (Lisa) and Timothy Smith (Brittney); her siblings, Donald Pettett (Shirley) and Carol Pettett (Danny); and her grandchildren, Skylar, Logan, Jadon and Kayla.
