He was predeceased by: his parents, William Skinner and Helen Perkins Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his son James B. Skinner (Gina) of New Port Richey, FL; and his grandsons, Anthony Skinner and Samuel Skinner. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many devoted friends.
