He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rainwater and Mary Smith; and his sister Sheila. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his children, Kessi Rainwater, Carrie Rainwater, Earl Rainwater (Kelly), Derek Justice (Danielle) and Jordan Justice; his grandchildren, TJ, Madalyn, Marissa, Peyton, Jocelyn and Layton; and his siblings, Kathy Marckese, Anita Thomas (Jim) and Ted Rainwater (Snow). He is also survived by several aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
