He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bailey; his daughters, Tina Bailey (Tommy Brooks Jr.) of Haines City, FL and Cristine Taylor of Haines City, FL; and his brothers, Rodney Bailey (Nadine) of Rising Sun, MD and Randy Bailey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
