He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Witmer and Sylvia Smucker Witmer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Witmer of Haines City, FL; his children, Mitchell Witmer of Haines City, FL and Diana Weigel (Alan) of Lisbon, CT; and his stepchildren, Mark Martin (Leslie) of Brandon, FL and Michelle Yarbrough (John) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two dogs, three cats, and four birds.
