She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse C. Copenhaver and Pearl Copenhaver (Troop); her husband William King Fetzer Jr.; her son William K Fetzer III; her granddaughter Jill Suzanne Fetzer; and her siblings, Jesse R. Copenhaver, Edward C. Copenhaver, Ethel Rupp (Copenhaver) and Jane Taylor (Copenhaver).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Elise Fetzer of Clarion; her granddaughters, Jamie Fetzer of Clarion and Jocelyn Judah (Billy Judah) of Chesapeake, VA; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Trey Judah of Chesapeake Va; her sister Velma Oliver of Shippenville, PA; and her daughters, Joan Gerber (Montie) of Forrest, IL and Judy Zingara (Ron) of New Castle, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
