Carter of Haines City, Florida, born in Cairo, Georgia, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy T. Carter and Ocie Carter. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie W. Carter; his children, Michael Carter (Kim) of Haines City, FL and Belinda Crowley of Haines City, FL; his grandchildren, Chance, Ridge, Quinn Carter, Destiny Crowley, Allona and Bryelle Turnbow; and his brothers, Dr. Mickey Carter (Sonja) of Haines City, FL. and Roger Carter of Haines City, FL..
