He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwydle Rudolph and Agnes Lorene Surrency (Bass); and his brother Kenneth Surrency. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Surrency, Wayne Surrency (Peggy), David Surrency (Gale), Bruce Surrency (Linda) and Darlene Surrency Davis (Jerry).
