He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Clara Alva Clingenpeel; and his son Steve Clingenpeel. He is survived by: his wife Martha Clingenpeel; and his children, Cindi Nuetzman (Steve) of Syracuse, Chad Clingenpeel of Circleville, Angela Starcher (Mike Jurasko) of Lake Wales, Pamela McBride (Jason) of Marshall, Patricia Staples (Chris) of Centennial and April Roe (Randall) of Grove City, Ohio. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
