She is survived by: her husband Addison Whattam; her children, John Charles Whattam (Patricia) of Highlands Ranch, CO and Kelley Anne Barbaro (James) of Orland Hills, IL; her siblings, Guy Forbes (Harriet) of Watertown, NY, Jacqueline Griffin (Richard) of Crete, IL and Carol Ambrose of Black River, NY; her grandchildren, Jake, Mandy, Drew, Ceci, Anthony and Nick (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Easton and Camden.
