She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Oscar and Ruby Mae Schukraft (Cooper); and her brother Mark Schukraft. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Hayes of Haines City, Florida; her children, Marc Tuzzalo (Amy) of Buffalo and Christa Sgroi (Patrick) of Buffalo; her sisters, Melissa Tozzo of Buffalo and Cynthia Schukraft of Buffalo; and her grandchildren, Timothy Sgroi, Jake Sgroi, Emma Sgroi and Reese Tuzzalo.
