He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Lee Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Brian Wayne Hicks (Robyn), Michael Keith Purvis (Charlotte), Allison Suzanne Warmington (Michael), Mandy Annette McKnight and Christina Renee Peck (George); his sister Elizabeth Jean Baldwin (Greg); and his mother Iris Leffers Hicks. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
