He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Palm and Catherine R. Belkofer Palm; his wife Rita Diane Palm; and his daughter Catherine Palm. He is survived by: his children, Regina Nelson, Angela Heater, Kaytlynn Mullinex and Jerry Mullinex; his siblings, Ralph Palm and Phyllis Phillips; and his grandchildren, Ciara, Billy Welch and Atlas Barker.
However, it was in his charity work that Bruce truly shone.
