She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Theiss and Clara Eimer Theiss; her former husband Robert Lee Conaway; her husband Henry Harold Mozingo; her son Daniel Lee Conaway; and her brothers, Elwood Theiss, Joseph Paul Theiss and Edward Theiss.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia (Howard Wayne Mozingo); her sister Lola Jean Weisenborn; and her grandchildren, Dawn Imholt, Karrie Rozneck, Thomas Conaway, Angela Mozingo and Jennifer Stevens. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
