He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lori; his children, Benjamin Eugene Booher (Vanessa), Joshua David Booher, Tereasa Ann Booher, Andrea Marie Booher (David DeMumbrum) and Selma Alexis Booher (Kyle Wells); his siblings, John Smith (Connie), Jeane Booher Beauregard and Patricia Booher Harden (Leo); his grandchildren, Evangeline Riley and Jordyn Paige; and his children, Erik Santiago, Thomas Whitfield, Keith Rentz and Taylor Patterson. He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
