She is survived by: her son Michael Levens (Denise Levens); her grandchildren, Colette Levens and Elyse Levens; her nephew David Walters; her niece Lynda Friedman (Paul Friedman); and also Marilyn Olsson (Walters).
Carole's family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to the UMD Carole J. Olsson Levens Scholarship at the University of Minnesota Foundation (https://makingagift.umn.edu).
