She was predeceased by: her parents, Alf Harold Evensen and Mary Virginia Evensen (Pyfer). She is survived by: her husband Robert Valdes; her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Brianne; her granddaughter Kaylea; and her siblings, Harold, Bruce and Mary. She is also survived by many niece's, nephews, and cousins.
