He was predeceased by: his parents, Janis Brauer and John Caldwell Jr.; and his daughter Letitia A. Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Hope; his children, John H. Caldwell Jr. and Margaret J. Caldwell (Brian J. Mital); his stepchildren, Shannon Lutes (Todd) and Brad Anderson (Katherine); his brother Richard C. Caldwell (Kaye); and his grandchildren, Connor Caldwell, Charlie Caldwell, Hunter Lutes, Addison Lutes, Camden Lutes, Whitney Anderson, Sally Anderson, Bradley Anderson and Coleman Anderson. He is also survived by his friends and family.
