He was predeceased by: his father Donald Baughn; his stepfather Allan Estabrook; and his grandparents, Marvin, Jewell Stephens, Leonard and Leraun Baughn.

He is survived by: his significant other Claire Kireta Baughn; his son Corey Allan Baughn; his stepdaughter Christina Gonzales Hugie (Mark); his mother Myra Baughn Estabrook; his siblings, Teresa Everett (Gerry) and Tony Baughn (Ada); his grandchildren, Ellison Hugie and Rachel Hugie; his nieces and nephews, Amber Baughn Tucei (Jeff), TJ Baughn, Christen Everett, Brandon Everett (Ericka) and Jared Everett; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lyla Tucei, Landon Everett and London Everett; and his close friend Tim.

In lieu of flowers the family would like to place a memorial in Tim's honor as a show of thanksgiving to the staff at Baptist hospital for the outstanding loving and compassionate care he received. An account has been set up to receive donations to assist the family with funds for this memorial.
