She is survived by: her husband Michael Roman Nowak of Gulf Breeze, FL; her sons, Ryan Weaver of Pensacola, FL and Daniel Weaver of Crestview, FL; her stepchildren, Koren Black of Milwaukee, WI, Kevin Nowak of Seymour, WI, Nathan Nowak of Panama City, FL and Matt Nowak of Maple Grove, MN; and her grandson Daniel B. Smith of Arvada, CO.
