With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Lee Schiska of Gulf Breeze, Florida, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Joseph Schiska and Alberta Hacskaylo; his stepfather George Hacskaylo; and his son Michael Lee Schiska. He is survived by: his spouse Ottilie Feuchter; his daughters, Patricia Lamb (Michael Lamb) of Burkburnett, TX and Linda "Lindsay" Andrews (Roland Taylor) of Hurst, TX; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Andrews (Breann Andrews) of Granbury, TX, Miranda Swavely (Jordan Swavely) of Mansfield, TX and Angela Dodd (Dylan Dodd); his sister Anne Kay Tysver of Laporte, MN; and his nephews, Stuart A. Mills of Oxford, MS and Scott A. Mills of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
