She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Kelly and Betty Jean Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Lou Leonard; her son Shawn Patrick; her siblings, Terri Jean Smith, Scott Wayne Kelly and Shauna Lee Curtis; and also, Courtney, Austin, Brady and Quinn.
