He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elmer Dawson and Amy Rosemary Dawson (Lee); his siblings, Kenneth James Dawson and Deborah Ann Dawson; his brother-in-law Cary Claude Parks (Linda); his son Matthew Lee Dawson; and his grandson David Lee Dawson.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Lee Dawson, Sarah Jayne Kuemmel (Phillip) and Natalie Faye Wright (Matthew); his grandchildren, Hayden (Matthew), Lizzie, Kyler, Kameron (Kenny), Bryce, Ariel, Eduard (Sarah), Hollie and Christopher (Natalie); his sisters, Linda Lee Parks (Dawson), Margaret Louise Stern (Dawson) and Barbara Jean Regina (Dawson); and his former wives, Gretchen Ann Dawson Johns (Bruening) and Jane Dawson.
