She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret M. Carr (Schaber) and Daniel F. Carr; her husband Robert Edward Kisor; her son Kenneth Kisor; and her siblings, Thelma Hogan (Charles), Donna Blair (Virgil), Edris Spencer (Robert), Franklin Carr (Naomi), Daniel Carr (Louise), Richard Carr (Kathleen), Robert Carr (May), Roger Carr (Nancy) and Floyd Carr (Bonnie).
She is survived by: her children, Brock Kisor (Sheila) and Gwen Brown; her grandchildren, Matthew Kisor (Anna), Nicholaus Rollins (Jessica), Alexis Calia (Dino) and Tabitha Kisor (Tiffany); and her niece Aryanna Penick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
