He is survived by: his wife Linda Hulsey; his sons, Henry Dean Hulsey (Tania Levy) and Joel Lynn Hulsey; his brother Duke Hulsey; his stepson James Reed Bradley; and his pet Bubbles. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 step-grandson.
