She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Schiska; her brothers, Raymond Decker, Jr. (Louise) of Wilmington, NC and Christian Decker of Arnold, MD; and her nieces and nephews, Raymond Decker, III (Rebecca) of Monument, CO, Joseph Decker of Arnold, MD, Hillaire Clark-Henz (Stephen) of Yokosuka, Japan and Debbie De Witt of Tampa, FL.
