He was predeceased by: his father George Daniel Kellen. He is survived by: his wife Julie Condon Kellen; his children, Lauren Elizabeth Kellen and Anderson Provoost Kellen; his mother Terry Provoost Kellen; and his siblings, Carol Kellen Cobler, Daniel George Kellen and Nancy Catherine Kellen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Florida Trail Association or the Baptist Health Care Foundation.
