He is survived by: his wife Debbie Scott Bentley; his son David Bentley; his stepson Jeremy Creech (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tina Bentley, Jeff Bentley, Caylan Bentley, Tanner Creech, Tucker Creech and Addie Creech; and his great grandchildren, Kenechi Bentley and Kai Bentley.
