She is survived by: her mother Jo Katherine; her stepfather Steve Wentworth (Sallie); her husband Reynaldo "Rey" Mendez; her brother Steven Darby (Lori); her children, Klarissa Gilbert, Johnny Christopher Poppell and Christian Mendez; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Lasley, Bentley Vazquez and Maverick Swartz. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
