He was predeceased by: his father David Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Jenay Freeman of Groveland, Florida; his son Kevin Millard Sapp of Groveland, Florida; his brothers, David Sapp of Groveland, Florida and Joey Eagleson of St. Augustine, Florida; his mother June Belmore of Groveland, Florida; his sister Amanda Sapp of Homosassa, Florida; and his stepchildren, Logan Woods of Groveland, Florida, Rhiana Roncone (Ryan) of Minneola, Florida, Kendall Woods (Greyson) of Minneola, Florida and Lily Saenz of Groveland, Florida. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren.
