He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gilbert Motter and Bessie Root Motter. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; and his children, Scott Motter (Terri), Sean Motter (Dawn), Terry Motter, Connie Motter Fulwiler (Dan) and Michelle Motter Werner (Brian). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
