He was predeceased by: his parents, Orsman A. Shumway and Marion D. Shumway (Shurtleff); his sister Carolyn Marshall (Shumway); and his friend Ronnie Lyonnais. He is survived by: his wife Muriel "Bunny" D. Shumway (Tremblay); his daughter Lisa J. Shumway of Glen Ellyn, IL; and his friends, Bob Gagnon and Allen Ponichtera. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
