He was predeceased by: his son Shaun Patrick; his parents, Marilyn and Glenn (Bill); and his father-in-law Gail B. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hall (Allen); his sons, Jeremy Hall (Anastasia) and Stephen Hall; his mother-in-law Barbara Allen; his brothers, Dan (Joan), Dale (Mary) and Douglas Hall; and his sisters-in-law, Tracy Smuts (Bill) and Paula Simmonds (Michael).
