He was predeceased by: his father Earl Eugene Heist. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Jane and Ryleigh Garnett; his mother Mary Jane Boring; his stepfather Steven P. Boring; his sisters, Anita Cambron (Emily) and Laura (Bassett); and his wife Cheryl Elizabeth Fenton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
