He is survived by: his wife Alice Louise Burkett of Greenwood, FL; his daughters, Debbie Cuddeford (Dan) of Watauga, TX and Kala Edwards of Saginaw, TX; his stepchildren, Kimberly Reed (James) of Greenwood, FL, Douglas Hussey of Marianna, FL and Ralph Hussey of Keller, TX; his siblings, Jimmy Burkett (Cindy) of Oklahoma, Shirley Norton (Gary) of Texas and Faye Perkins of Texas; and his grandchildren, Shanda, Heather and Stephanie. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
