He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey D. Baxley and Joan Cochran Baxley; his brothers, Harvey Jr. of Chipley, Craig of Chipley and Chris Baxley of Chipley; his brothers-in-law, Chris Reeger and David Windham; and his niece Amy Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Windham Baxley of Greenwood, FL; his sons, Jojo Baxley (Nikki) of Greenwood, FL and Patrick Baxley of Colorado Springs; his sister Cindy Owens of Bonifay; his sister-in-law Shelia Reeger of Jacksonville, Florida; and his nieces, Amber Owens of Bonifay, Margaret Ann of Jacksonville and Elizabeth Reeger of Jacksonville. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar James and Sikes Funeral Home - Maddox Chapel (4278 Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Calendar Dellwood Methodist Church (6502 Messer Rd, Grand Ridge, FL 32442).
