He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hutto and Lottie Hutto; and his siblings, Loetta Anderson and Frank Hutto. He is survived by: his wife Peggy "Carolyn" Hutto; his children, Amy Boggs, Heather "Hutto" McEwen (Matt), Troy Hopkins and Richard; and his sisters, Hilda Smith (Herbert), Marilyn Anderson and Beth Patterson. He is also survived by nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
